I am at fault for procrastinating, but don’t we all?
On Wednesday, on an attempt to rekindle my relationship with China Glaze’s Short and Sassy, I accidently knocked the bottle with the brush in my hand, and it tumbled down onto my chair where my new kick-flare palazzo pants and new and adored white and black leopard print cardigan with puffed sleeves fell victim to my clumsiness.
Just so we’re clear, I LOVE these two new items I just bought over the internet. They’re fairly unique pieces and I’ve been dreaming about these pieces for weeks. My heart stopped when I saw the spill, and in a mad (like MAD) attempt to wipe the stains off with nail polish remover while it was still wet.
Sadly, it did not work, and it took a turn for the worse for my cardigan; the stain decided to spread all thanks to the remover. Though, not so drastic, I did try blotting the stains again today too. I have just popped them into the washing machine to see if the stains on the white leopard print cardigan would fade.
I did ask the dry-cleaner about it, but she says that she isn’t sure how to do it as she’s never had a problem like this before. Which makes sense. In this little town of approximately 3000 people, I guess it’s rare that a stressed-out 21 year old would knock down a bottle of reddish-brown nail polish on her brand new clothing.
But I ask you today, guys and dolls to give me a few tips on how to remove nail polish stains from cotton jersey. If you can give me tips on how to remove stains caused by cosmetics too, I would appreciate it. And that appreciation will be in the form of a yummy bottle of Watson’s Exfoliating Body Wash with Strawberry Extract.
I only have ONE bottle to giveaway, and it really is such a wonderful thing to own. I LOVE this scrub and it smells absolutely delicious and juicy and it always makes your day. It contains apricot kennel, jojoba oil and Vitamin E, so it will guarantee soft and supple skin! I actually use this scrub with my knuckles to help remove cellulite off my chunky thighs, so start giving me some tips, people!
